"The Island" apartment

This apartment (40 sqm), recently restored and refurnished, is in Trastevere, which is the oldest and most atmospheric neighbourhood in the historic centre, full of shops and restaurants.

This apartment is located in a quiet area near “Tiberina Island”. All the central tourist attractions are within walking distance. The interior decoration is romantic and cosy. There is a colour TV and a small fully equipped kitchen, with a washing machine.

This is a ground-floor apartment and has one bedroom with two twin beds that can be joined to become a queen bed, and generous closet space. The bathroom is modern and charming, with a stall shower. There is also a twin trundle bed in the comfortable living-room.

The railroad station (Station Termini) is approximately 15 minutes by taxi and 30 minutes by bus.

"The Park" apartment

This welcoming, beautifully furnished apartment (100 sqm) is near Villa Borghese Park, a particularly elegant neighbourhood, not far from via Veneto and Piazza di Spagna. One of the most important museums in the world is located here: The Borghese Museum, which includes works of Caravaggio, Bernini, Canova and other masters.

This lovely area has a fine selection of shops and restaurants. There is also a typical daily open market and some of the best hotels in the city are nearby. The area is well served by public transportation to the most important streets, squares and historical monuments, such as the Coliseum, the Forum, the Vatican etc...

The railroad station "Station Termini" is not far from the apartment - 15 minute by taxi.

Located on the second floor (U.S) first floor (G.B) of an attractive 19th century building, the apartment has two bedrooms; one with double bed, the other with twin beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom; one with a stall shower, the other with bath tube/shower. Both rooms have a ceiling fan. There is a big living-room with colour TV, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There is also a small laundry-room with a washing machine.

"Campo De' Fiori" apartment

This Campo De’ Fiori apartment is in the heart of Rome adjacent to one of the city’s most colourful historic squares. You will find every kind of restaurant and shopping right outside your door. Piazza Navona is across the street.

The apartment has been completely renovated and is on the top floor (the fourth floor) of an atmospheric medieval building (keep in mind that there is no elevator/lift). The apartment is small (50 sq) and cosy, but also elegant and tastefully decorated. There is accommodation for four in one bedroom and in a living room with a sofa bed. There is a modern bathroom with a stall shower and a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and a microwave. In the apartment there is air conditioning. You have a private roof-top terrace with a beautiful view of Rome.
